A: Dana Murphy老師說：這是有點玩笑的口吻說:妳一定嫉妒我... "You're going to be jealous" or "You'll be so jealous" is just ways of sharing something that you're really happy about. You're really just "kidding" saying they'll be jealous. They will be envious but happy for you,
not jealous as in resentful and spiteful. People say it a lot. 聽到別人的好事,不見得是嫉妒,是為別人高興. Actually it's more common to just tell someone something good and then THEY RESPOND with "I'm so jealous." Examples:
"Well, guess who's going to Fiji for a month?"
"You? Man, I am soooo jealous!"

concept.
"You'll turn green with envy when I tell you... ?" (this means exactly the same thing)
These have the same idea: 類似的講法
"You're gonna die when you hear this one . . ."
"You won't believe what I'm going to tell you ..."?
"Guess what I'm doing!"

A: Dana Murphy老師說： No, she doesn't mean that she doesn't want to be told. 並不是她不要知道. IT's just an expression. 這是一種講法,(她可以猜到,好得難以至信的事）Such as:
"No way!"
"I don't even want to hear about it" (but she does want to hear about it!)
"You're kidding!"
"Get out of here!" (this means, "I don't believe it!" - but she does believe it!)

to think it's a business trip, because he says "for the holidays."

send email messages telling about their vacation ("I'm in Singapore and am
staying with a lovely family ?etc. etc.) They don't send e-postcards that I know of - do they exist? With photos of the place they're
visiting? They probably do. However, everyone I know sends and receives postcards the
old-fashioned way! However, we do send emails about the trip. People do use
